Sales/Lettings Negotiator

Negotiate the sale or let of residential property, meeting set performance targets, whilst providing a high level of customer service and abiding by company policy and statutory legislation. That’s the technical definition. The reality is that they are the engine of our business, the dealmakers, the pinnacle of customer service. They make things happen and are the hardest workers in the industry. 

Key responsibilities

  • Providing an outstanding customer experience
  • Building relationships with clients and applicants
  • Booking and carrying out property viewings
  • Client market updates and feedback
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Negotiating offers under the direction of the Lettings Manager
  • Progressing an offer to completion including coordinating and collecting relevant paperwork and references and liaising with third parties.
  • Keeping all parties well informed at all times through to conclusion.
  • Keeping records of all activity on in house system
  • Cross selling D&G services and partners to generate new and repeat business

Skills and experience

  • Full, clean, manual driving licence
  • Customer service orientated
  • Results driven with natural sales ability
  • Good communication skills
  • Smart and well presented
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Organised
  • Work experience in a sales environment (useful but not required)
  • Prior knowledge of the London residential property industry (useful but not required)
