Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out accurate and well researched valuations and winning instructions for sales/lettings
  • Registering new applicants for sales/lettings
  • Recording all data on Edge in a timely and accurate manner
  • Booking and carrying out viewings for sales/lettings
  • Selling our company services to generate new business and encourage repeat business
  • Keeping records of all activity on internal software
  • Business development using past data
  • Maintaining and increasing profitability and market share in your area
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients/applicants, and carrying out regular vendor/landlord feedback and market advice
  • Administration - overseeing the production of paperwork, ensuring the correct documentation is on file and deal progression/resurrection.
