At D&G our Office Managers play a vital role in the smooth running of our offices, carrying out key administration tasks which allow our Sales & Lettings teams to focus on business development and generating revenue. It is imperative that all Office Managers are working to ensure that D&G’s high standards for customer experience are maintained and that we are working as efficiently as possible. More than that, Office Managers are the cultural lifeblood of the agency – motivating everyone throughout the week, celebrating successes and helping solve problems. It’s a special role for bright, enthusiastic, organised people who like lots of variety in their working life.

Job Overview

  • Ensure the smooth running of a busy sales and lettings office.
  • Make sure that the office is consistently delivering an excellent customer experience.
  • Administrative support to the Sales and Lettings teams to assist in providing a seamless transaction for our customers.
  • Busy diary management.
  • Ensuring the office is always well presented .
  • Managing the marketing process of D&G properties for sale and for let.
  • Working closely with Head Office teams such as Marketing, HR, IT, Finance and Tenancy/Property Management.

Key skills and experience
